All bookings require a minimum of 7 days' notice to confirm performer availability. Same-week requests cannot be accommodated.
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Your date is not held until payment is received and confirmed.
Full refund — cancelled more than 7 days before your event.
50% refund — cancelled 4–7 days before your event.
No refund — cancelled within 3 days of your event.

Our standard attire is 'sophisticated minimalist'—usually shirtless with professionally tailored slacks or beach-appropriate formal wear, depending on the service (e.g., bartending vs. live muse). We can adapt to specific event themes upon request.

Service Terms
All services provided by Trident Entertainment are for entertainment and hospitality purposes only. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of illegal activity or non-consensual behavior.
A minimum of 7 days' notice is required to confirm availability. All bookings require full payment at time of reservation — no date is held until payment is confirmed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: A full refund is available for cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date. A 50% refund is available for cancellations made between 4 and 7 days prior to the event. No refund is issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the event.
Performers reserve the right to terminate service immediately if safety or professional boundaries are compromised, without refund.
